Question about computer temps (CPU, Hard Drive, GPU, etc)...

I would like to turn my power supply fan down a little (it is currently on max and is somewhat loud)... but I want to make sure my parts stay cool. I was wonder what temperature the CPU, motherboard, hard drive, and video card temps should be on average. I am probably going to get another fan or two if I need to. This computer is not currently being overclocked and everything was just installed. But I may look into that once I understant the basics a little more.

My parts:
Apex SQ-327 Case
Hyundai L90D+ 19" LCD
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum 939
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice 939
Corsair ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR 400 Dual Channel Kit

NEC DVD Burner
Thermaltake Silent Purepower 480W Power Supply
Ati Radeon X800 XL 256MB


My current temps (fan on max):
Motherboard 35 °C (95 °F)
CPU 37 °C (99 °F)
GPU 42 °C (108 °F)
GPU Ambient 40 °C (104 °F)
Seagate ST3200826AS 38 °C (100 °F)


Do these temps seem normal? Can I safely turn down my power supply fan a little? What temperatures should I aim for on the above?

those temps are fine but are you sure its your silent psu thats making the noise. my mate has one of those and you cant hear it over case and cpu fans.
 
Yeah, I am sure... I can use the adustment and turn it about half way and it is almost completely quiet then. I was just wondering the temp ranges of the devices to make sure everything will be safe once I turn it down...
 
Well, I turned the power supply fan all the way to low, and the temps are staying the same. Will I have any problems with the fan all the way on low? Is there anything else I need to watch besides those temps? What about while I am gaming? Will the temps go up?
 
well, temp satyed teh same b/c that fan is to cool the psu, not the pc :) but turning it on low should be fine, my antec's fan barely move any air lol..
 
So when would the PSU fan need to be turned up? Is there any way to know if it is staying cool enough?
 
I guess u can feel the air coming out of the fan...and see how hot is too hot..
