Question about bios flashing

If I don't have access to a floppy drive but rather just a cd/dvd drive, how would I go about creating a dos boot disk that will allow me to access NTFS based drives (e.g. C: drive). Reason is so I can save my vid cards bios file to the HD and/or access a bios file from there.
