quad overclocking p965 vs p35

Sooo the p5 chipset is released after I got my DFI p965-s for a great price at the time. I just picked up the q6600 + ecs combo at fry's on BF.

I don't have time time play with the chip yet for a couple more days but I am reading some stuff about the p965 chipset not giving the quad cores such as the q6600 it's full overclocking potential compared to the newer p35 chipset?

Can anyone confirm this, my DFI p965 is rocking right now with my current C2D and I am loving it, will this change with the q6600?

i saw a thread over on xs with this board, u might wanna check it out. i think he hit 490fsb on that board with a quad. should be okay, but ur main issue will be vdroop, which is much less on p35. anyways good luck

O ok, my dfi barely have any v-droop on load on my dfi
