This is yesterday vs today, just a reboot inbetween. Why do temps change to different cores? Like one day 1 and 3 will be 47, then next day 2 and 4, then the next day 3 and 4. Anyone have any idea what could cause this to happen? It seems weird to me, but I have read and understand I am not the only one who has seen this?

thanks

This has been covered many times...

Multi core procs do not get evenly loaded thus are going to run slightly different temps depending on the load.

In that first pic I see a screen cap from UT2k4, are you on the [pbg] vctf server? That looks like our Strangelove skin.

my thing is those screenshots are both from my PC sitting idle. these temps wont change at all, until a reboot.

screenshot 1 shows core 1 and 2 being loaded the most, yet 2 and 3 are the ones w/ the highest temps.

It could have been, Ive been playing UT2k4 off and on since it came out. So that sreenshot is probably a few years old. some how I took a picture of the deemer, and it says on it "suck this" which I thought was funny :D

its from Sept 2006 haha, but I dont even think I could tell ya what server. I played everything, so it coulda been TDM/DM/CTF/AM.

Your OS doesn't even load the cores evenly with system processes, I have noticed with vista64 that it picks one core to favor over the rest each time its rebooted.

Yep that is our Deemer/SL skin, it has changed sense, we put our clan logo's on my refresh of the SL that fixed a sticking and file size issues.

So thats not the real deemer? I thought this was the default deemer, thats a custom skin for it?
