Not sure if this is normal but my core speed keeps on going up and down every few secs. It's going from 2GHz to 3.1 GHz from 1.05Volt to 1.3 volt. I have the thing OC(I think Profile Overclocking in Bios to 30%).
Anything to do with Vista 64 Bit power saving option?
Edit: ok it was Vista Power Options. Have it set at Balanced. Change setting to High Performance and it stay at 3.1GHz. Going to change it Balanced and hopefully it won't abused my CPU. It will run full load(3.1GHz) if I'm doing something.
