Q6600 Cooling

I will be building my first computer soon after the Q6600 gets its price cut and I've pretty much decided on this Lian Li PC-7B plus II case. I won't be overclocking at first as I've never done that before either but I'm sure I will want to try later on. I'd like to try to hit 3ghz eventually so my question is what would the best CPU cooler that would fit this case that would help me do this be?

Also would the 2 included 120mm fans in that case be adequate to control temps? Or should I look for another case?

I would like to know the answer to these questions and also what the best cooling availibe for the q6600 under $40 would be.
