I was fooling around too much with the Samsung PX2370...

I really wish i could return all Settings to "out of box"

when you press reset it does not go back to original settings that was calibrated by factory... it goes to some sort of in the middle settings...

It was perfect monitor until i played with settings.

Does anyone know the default settings for out of box.... Stupid Magic Tune...

I dont think i changed the colour calibration but i went in there may have screwed it up.

All settings are compromised... i bet.....

I just want to return it to the way i got it.

Okay i uninstalled MagicTune...

For some reason it kept saying it wasnt compatible with the monitor so i uninstalled it, restarted... then it all went back to normal..

i found a review on here with some settings that were worth trying.

I just wont be using magic tune anymore.

I recently installed magictune and went through the calibration pages on my PX2370. (using the latest version from samsungs website).

Im AMAZED at how much better it looks now, This whole time Ive always thought the gamma / brightness was to high on this monitor no matter what settings I tried, especially in comparison to my previous FW900 CRT.

But after running magic tune the colors are much deeper & richer now and I no longer have a blue'ish tint in the black levels.

The good thing about magictune is that the settings also carry over when playing games which is something I had an issue with before when I was using a program called QuickGamma.
