These are what i've been looking at. I understand shorter response time is better for gaming and what about hertz?

of the 3 the 23" has the highest res so probably that if your rig is up to it.
between the other two they are pretty similar in specs except the tq is matte and the wtg is glossy so whichever you prefer.
