Pump affecting electonics

My new computer doesn't to like my Danner Mag pump. It is causing corruption on the drives and a tiny waver on my CRT screen (the pump is near my video cards). I have lessened the effects by putting the pump in an metal box within my computer.

I absolutely dont want my pump outside of my computer, so can somone reccomend another pump for me or a solution to make this pump not affect my system?

Sidenote: I ran my old computer for 2+ years with this pump just fine.
