PSU suggestion

I'm looking to replace my PSU. I currently have an antec 430 watt that I bought locally (for way too much $$) when my thermaltake 560 watt took a crap and I needed to get back up and running. The problem is that when I try to overclock to any decent extent voltages drop and I crash. Here are my specs:

Biostar Tforce6100-939
Opteron 170 (was at 2.6, now stock to avoid crashing)
2 gigs corsair XMS (4x512)
Evga 7950gt
200 gig sata hard drive and 200 gig IDE drive
random DVD burner (IDE)

I'd like to get something in the $100 range. I think I can sell the Antec for $50 to a friend who has a lower end system and doesn't want to OC, but needs a new PSU to upgrade his video card.

What do you guys suggest?

thanks
mike

That's your best bet, really, the Corsair. If you can't swing that due to serious cash constraints, a $50 XClio GoodPower 500 watt may be in your future... but I don't know it's that much of a step up from the Antec.
