i have a antec true 430 psu... i was wondering if there's any cheap material you can buy at a hardware store for sleaving. also, my power supply has built in sata power jacks. i've never read an article on sleaving but i would assume you push out all the molexes to sleave, and i don't think you can just push out the wires from a sata connector. anyone with helpful links/advice or suggestions for a material would be appreciated, as my psu wires are way too unruly right now. thanks for any responses...

Either chop the SATAs off, de-solder them, or try to fit the sleeving over it. Those are your choices.
