i am in need of a good sli ready quiet psu sry for the noobish question but i am having trouble with so many psu's

is this good?

the sli seasonic 550 or soemthin like that which is pwnage from what i have heard noise wise

at teh moment i have an x connect 2 but it get noisey any mods that i can do to shush it up? i think jonny guru commented on a baffle or soemthin that can be removed?
and suggestions are welcome as my current psu might be used for an up comming project so there will be a need for a new one.
