Ok im not sure if this is a psu problem or not but the other day I had to plug my camera in to my surge protector but I had to unplug something else since all of the spots were taken up I thought no biggy i'll just unplug my speakers real quick plug this in and be done with it. Well after I unplugged my speaker I plugged my camera in and looked up at my cpu everything had froze so I restarted and ever since then my computer takes a long time to boot and then freezes for a few seconds at the loading windows part. Is this my psu failing? I have a 430 watt Thermaltek and its been doing great but im afraid I might have accidentally shorted it. If anyone has any thoughts on this let me know. Thanks :)

Doesn't sound power supply related. Try starting in safe mode and tell us what file it stalls on when it boots.
