PSU Power usage Question

Im thinking of getting a Stacker 830 ..my PSU is a Thermaltake 600 Watt PSU

Now Here are The ??

1- Since my PSU is 600 watts does it use all those watts ...(Like its 600 Watss all the time) or does it use say 500 watts, but it can go up to using the full 600 watts

2- The Stacker 830 has ALOT of fans....Will my Power bill go up if i use them all and How much more power will they use ????
 
the psu only uses as many wats as the system requires up to it's max wattage. So if you have let says 1000W psu and all u run is run of a mill c2d system then your not using more then 200-300W.

As to the fans don't worry about them, fans use very little power.
