PSU or Mobo

Hello,
Just completed a build for a family member using a Raidmax case, 5 80 mm fans, 1 dvd rom, 1 dvd burner, an AMD Duel-Core 4200, evga 7800 gtx 512, an ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe mobo (ebay purchase, used), 2 gigs of ddr, and a 150 gig sata raptor. I used a Topower 500w psu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817342010

Everything worked fine at first, but after moving the system to a permanent location it started having a problem; it keeps restarting during bios/posting. After disconnecting all usb ports except the keyboard, it began running normally. Is this likely caused by the psu or could it be the mobo?

As I no longer have the system I've yet to disconnect the dvd players, fans, 1 of the gigs of ram and reconnect the other usb ports and start it in that config.
Thank you.

I reset bios to default and it starts normally. It appears I'll have to reinstall the mobo drivers though which hopefully won't cause the same problem again.

My apologies for this post being in the wrong forum.

Try updating the BIOS to the latest version from asus's website (you'll need another pc to download it obviously). Also try and run memtest on the RAM.
