Not sure if 650 is okay or 750, i will be buying antec truepower new

P8p67m pro
8gb ram
Gtx 570
1 hdd (2 sometimes)

This overclocked moderatly for gaming

Thanks a lot, i tried to calculate myself but cant get it....

650W is more than enough.

You would only need 750W if you got a pair of GTX 570s

Agreed, 650 is fine for one. If you think you might ever want to SLI go ahead and get the 750 now.

For a single GPU, I recommend a PSU in the 500W range. 650W is overkill. A budget option would be the Antec NEO ECO 520W. A slightly higher-end and modular option is the Seasonic M12II 520W. If you want something on the high end of things, look at the Seasonic X-560, Kingwin Lazer Gold 550W, NZXT HALE90 550W, or the Enermax Modu87+ 500W.
