And if you need a 20-pin, the last four pins just detach from the side of the ATX connector.

Answer to part two: Probably not quite enough power for a dual core AND SLI. It only has 26A on the 12V rail. I would go with something dual rail with a combined 12V rail vapability of at least 408W.
