I just sleeved my power supply and extended most of the wires. Is there a way to test this thing before I blow up my system?

you can buy a tester @ CC and if all the green lights light up your good.

take the atx plug, and strip the ends off of a wire and pop one into the green wire slot of the atx connector, and any ground wire (black) and plug a fan or something into a 4 pin connector :)

55/60 watt headlight bulbs are great to test psu's

Ive hooked 12 of em on my 5 volt rail to see if it was ok,,
12 60 watt lights @ 5 volt is 120 watt

(60 watt 12 volt @ 5 volt = 10 watt)

combined 55&60 watt @ 5volt is roughly 220 watt
