I am building a workstation for a business my father runs. I have a idea of what I need for most of the parts but I am not sure about the PSU.

This is the model I was looking at but I am not sure if I have to get a server PSU to run a server board. The PSU has a 24 pin, 8 pin and 4 pin for cpu but I am not sure if server boards need different power from regular board.
