whats a good PSU that can handle these specs:

core i7 920 (would like to OC)
evga matx
6gb ddr3 1600
640gb wd black
4850 (might go with a lower card)

id like to keep the psu under or around $100, dont need some overkill psu as i probably wont be getting a higher end card ever, as i dont game much.

also quietness is a plus:D

thanks

Antec Earthwatts 650W for $63: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t..._shr?_encoding=UTF8&m=A1QS4VN7H1REUB&v=glance

Excellent quality PSU, plenty of power for this system, and very inexpensive for what you get. At the loads your PC will be pushing, it should be inaudible.
you want quiet, this one is cooled with heat pipes

i have the 1000watt and the fan barely spins. also in 500 watts modular for around $99.
It has heatpipes, but it isn't passive. And the 500W version's fan will run more since it'll be under a higher percentage load compared to yours.

The biggest power-sucking piece of a new computer today would be any of the "new" generation video cards, even beyond the CPU.

Check your watt and amp needs and buy accordingly. From the specs you laid out, the Corsair 650TX should be fine (though I'm biased).
