im not really big into computers so i was wondering....

since im getting a new mobo (Asus p4p800 deluxe) and a new cpu (p4 2.8c) and i was wondering if i would need a new psu rather than my existing psu which is only about 200w and since im overclocking i was wondering if i would need more fans.
 
hell ya on both. id even get a new case for better airflow ect. as for the psu, id go with an antec ture power 430, its only $66 at the eg, which is only 6 bucks more then the 380
