Say I would like to put a higher CFM fan in my Thermaltake Siletn PurePower because I think it runs a little warm.

Is this a standard 80mm 3-pin?

Will the PS run ok if I replace it with a Molex powered fan?

should be fine, try to get a vantec tornado 80mm...youll have to rig it though
