i'm about to build a new system and i want to check with you guys about the PSU i chose, here is my build

now, i'm trying to spend as little as possible but i've been trolling alot and it seems like PSU choice is more important than it used to be, so here are the 2 i'd like to be great PSUs for my system :D

You can purchase a handful of M80's for $5 and they'll do almost as good a job at detonating your hardware as either of those "power supplies".

Loosen up the wallet a bit and buy something that's not in the PSU's to avoid list.

Don't do it.

According to ATi, you need 30 amps on the 12 volt rails, and furthermore, those two power supplies that you mentioned are fit for neither man nor beast.

You're already willing to spend decent money to get high quality components, so don't skimp on the power supply.

Something like this:
