My PSU harness is tooooo long is there anyway to shorten the length of it?
 
Folks like Performance-PC's are your friend. ;)

They sell tools and eatshrink.

Use a tool to pop off the connector.

Cut the wires. Slide on the heatshrink.

Slide the connector back on and crimp on new ends to the wires.

Snap back the connector and heat up the heatshrink.

Marvel at your work and then offer to do other's power supplies because now you have the tools, or.. sell the tools to the next guy so he can mod his ATX connector. ;)
