My Soyo Dragon 2 board supports only 350W 12v PSU. I went to newegg and searched only ATX 12x 1.2 and only 4 power supplies came out. Is this normal? By the way, is my 3.0GHZ w/HT northwood cpu less then 1.6 voltage?
 
im willing to bet any psu will work

check out the bios's health meter, or whatever its called on soyo boards, and check it out
 
Your motherboard will supprort most any ATX form factor PSU. Just get a good 350-400w PSU from Antec, Fortron, Enermax or one of the other good brands.

A 3.0c Northwood runs at 1.525v.
