i have a little brother that always scratches my dvd and ps2 games. so i've been debating on getting a mod chip to help in saving my games. which mod chip is the best for my v9 ps2 console? dms3, magic, etc...

TIA

Even if your intentions are pure, I'm not sure that you can talk about that here, since it is generally illegal. . . I'd opt for some $5 rope and tie the kid up rather than $$$ on a chip.

mod chipping isnt illegal but it is potentialy related to illegal things.

i suggest you take it to a gamers or local shop that installs them and have them do it for you the internals of ps2 are very fragile and can easily be broken
