If I buy a 24" monitor from them and then decide to return it for a 30" monitor (that I want to buy from them) within 30 days will they let me do it, or do I need to come up with an excuse of something is wrong with my 24" monitor?
Yes you can return it. It depends if its a standard 30 day return or a manufaturer 30 day return. Im returning a second monitor to them in this case nothing wrong with it but i had to call nec to get a case number. You will recieve a full refund just if its not a defective monitor you pay for shipping but i have had no issues with this company i would recomend them.
