Is there a program (non 3Dmark) that i can run with any game i own and it will show my fps? Wondering what my Halp fps are with aa and af up there and such......wondering if its worth loseing __ fps

Well, I can tell you right off the bat that whatever the difference is, you don't need AA. It doesn't work with Halo, but it lowers framerate anyway. Might as well turn it off.

And yeah, FRAPS.
