Just gonna repost this from pcper. I want to know if anyone encountered such issue with Kingston RAM.
I've got this really annoying problem, and it's not the first time it's been happenening. I had it happen with ASROCK mobos too.
The RAM I got is value RAM KVR400X64C3A/512 (single sided) (2 modules). When setting it to 400MHz or Auto in BIOS I can't install windows because it spits out either errors, stops and can't copy file or can't install a component. When running it at 333MHz problems go away. I tried installing at 333 and then putting it back to 400, but still it reboots from time to time.
RAM sits in banks A1 and B1 and it's the only way it will work. Any ideas? I know it's value RAM but still.
