Problems with 6800GT Flash

So i flashed it just like the tutorial on this page explains...and it works great with that file with the GT clock speeds but the Ultra voltages, then i can OC to ultra speeds. But i wanted it just be overclocked in the bios and thats when i run into my problem. When i set the bios to Ultra speeds, it will boot and everything is fine, but when i run rthdribl it crashes...more like freezes up for about 30 seconds and does one frame and frezes again. Normally i would just say the clock speeds are just too much, but i can OC to thoes speeds. Any suggestions?
