Problems with Apollo HD 3850

OK, I have a freshly built computer, and I'm having some major problems with the Apollo HD 3850, and I think it is mainly driver related.

After installing the card into my computer I downloaded the new 8.1 catalyst drivers. Then I ran 3D mark '06 and scored a 10,112. I then installed Battlefield 2 to try out some gaming.

The first time I started the game my comp crashed and auto-restarted, the second time BF2 started and worked great, and I played for about an hour with no problems. After that, about 75% of the time, my computer would auto-restart when opening BF2.

After a while I decided to uninstall 8.1 and clean it with DCpro, and install the drivers that came with the card. Now BF2 with open every time but when in game, my mouse and keyboard don't work! WTF? They work fine in menu and load screens, but not in game. And when I Alt-Tab back to windows, the computer restarts itself.

Any Ideas?? Please Help!!!

is it bone stock ? or OC ?
What are the temperatures and Clock speed of that card ?
Might want to try the driver from apollo it self instead the one from ati
