problems setting up 9800gx2

I'm trying to set up my 9800 gx2 and having some issues that I'm hoping someone here can help me with...

I am following the multi gpu guide and I made the shortcuts and set everything up, but when I go to run the second client, it says my GPU is not supported.

Can Any one help me with this?
 
Are you running XP or Vista?

Vista you need a dummy plug

Also have you extended the desktop onto the second card?
