I'm running Vista x64 build 5744. I have the latest version of itunes downloaded today. My ipod is a photo ipod.
When syncing the ipod it is recognized by itunes and syncing begins. About 10-15 seconds it ejects the ipod even though syncing is not finished. About a minute later it reconnects the ipod and starts syncing again, and then it disconnects again. And this cycle repeats non stop without ever gettnig a full sync.
I have submitted a bug report to microsoft.
Just thought i'd ask you folks if you have encountered this issue and know of a work around in vista?
