Problem with PSU?

Hi,

I might have a problem with my 550W Antec truepower 2 . I usually don't have any problems with my computer but when I unplug my computer and leave it without power for a while, if I go for a longer trip for example, when I later connect it and tries to start the computer it refuses to boot for several minutes. My motherboard indicates that it has power but nothing happens when I press the power button. Is the problem with my psu?
