I have an XP-2400 M and I had it OCed to about 2.4Ghz. The problem is EverQuest 2 doesnt like my CPU being OCed. So I loaded the optimized defaults for my Mobo and it sets my proc to 133x6.5 giving me 800Mhz. the problem is since the proc isnt recognized since its mobile I don't know what the default settings for it are to get it to its normal clockspeed (around 1.8 isnt it?) Anyway any help with that would be great cause playing EQ2 with an 800Mhz CPU is sucking.
Thanks

maybe it just doesn't like the 2.4ghz oc, why not trying a lower clock like 10 x 200, most all AMD mobiles can at least achieve that on stock voltages. Maybe it's memory timmings that are causing the issues. Does it only happen in EQ2? or when your using any app/game.
