i just biult a new computer and when i turn it on everything runs but it doesnt register on the monitor. i have tried different monitors but none of them work. i have a redeon 9600xt graphics card.
 
Got an old card to swap out and test with? Or a friends system you could drop in your 9600XT in? If the PC boots and makes al the normal noises and beeps, then your video card is probably DOA.
