Problem with driver or what?

I just got a brand new mobo, athlon 64 2800, and 512 ddr 3200.

My machine starts up just fine, I'm not overclocking, just using the defaults for the mobo, and at random times during games my system just restarts, and when it comes back up I get a windows error report saying that my Geforce 4 drivers could not complete the drawing operation. The thing is, I'm using the most current drivers from nvidia so I don't know what's going on there.

I was thinking it might be my powersupply, but shouldn't 300 watts be enough? May my card vs apeture..? Help? I can answer all questions about what i have...mostly...
