Problem with Antec Trueblue

After installing an Antec Trueblue 480W into my system today, it has begun locking up on boot. I'm able to get to the initial Windows startup, but it locks up before it prompts me to login. The screen just locks, the hard drive light stays lit and nothing happens. As I reduce my overclock, I am able to get further and actually login. However, the system still locks up within a minute if I start the Prime95 torture test. I noticed that Hardware Doctor is showing the +12V running around 11.7-11.8V. It never increases above 12V for the short time I am able to watch it. All of the other voltage readings looked about right. With my Enermax 330W back in, things are stable the and +12V reads around 12.2V Is that normal, or could that have been the cause of my problem? Would that indicate a bad power supply? Or, should I just try another brand?

Abit KX7-333R
Athlon XP 2400+ (Thoroughbred) - OC to 2.2Ghz
Mushkin PC2700 2-2-2

Thanks

Defective unit, the True line is actually very high quality but you appear to have a dud. If you are able to exchange then i'd recommend a Fortron 550w that has two fat +12v rails @ 18a each...High quality, more future-proof connectors and it costs around the same as the true480
