problem with accessing Nvidia desktop settings

i have dual video cards, to get into properties (usually) i go

right click desktop --> properties --> settings --> adv --> and i see the nvidia settings for open gl and stuff

now when i updated to 5.3 drivers i don't have it WTF

i can see the ati control panel fine, i disable the secondary video (ati) and when i try again i see it, anyone know why this is?
