problem with 9800pro

hi. i've had this card for about 2 years now and i've never had a problem with it. But recently when I moved it in my older agp system problems started to occur.

The card is still performing well in games and stuff, but every so often when I turn on my computer, windows goes into nasty 800x600/16bit mode as if the drivers have never been installed. If i give it a reboot, it goes back to normal. what could be wrong? I've even reinstalled drivers multiple times. :\
