I submitted a few of them but in my tally summary in the top right it says I have "Unread 0, Total 0". Does this mean the PMs were not sent? If so, is this because I am new?
 
The default here is not to save sent PMs. You will need to change that setting in your control panel.

Oooh! Well then, someone may or may not have received a buncha duplicate PMs :D. Thanks for the response!
