Print to EFSP42 in Linux

On a regualr computer running Windows I would just have to install the Linksys EFSP42 print server driver. Then install the printer drivers and set the ports to the printserver. Is it possible to communicate to the print server on Linux <Mandrake 9.2> so I can print files.
