Prime95 and Memtest problems

This is really weird. I have my XMS Pc3200 XL overclocked to 225 @ 2-3-2-6 1T. My FX-55 is overclocked to 2.93. I have an A8V Deluxe bios 1009. Here's the problem.

Memtest will always fail test 6 at exactly the same spot. It passes at stock settings though. At 225 and a lower multiplier, the problem remains. Trying just 1 stick, it will pass fine.

Prime95 will fail withing seconds when doing the small fft test. Dropping the multiplier will solve the problem. 1 stick also works fine in prime.

However, at 225 ram and 2.93 cpu, I have no problems with stability. I can play games for hours without problems. I've looped 3dmark01 for 10 hours without problems.

So why do I fail these tests?
