prime 95 v25.4 good for overclock stability?

I was wondering if prime95 v25.4, the one that automatically does all the cores, is good for testing overclock stability? What's the best stress method if i'm not overclocking memory, just cpu? Small FFT's or....?

Yes and run the Small FFT test and you'll know if your system is stable.
