Prime 95 temps

I just installed a xigmatek loki sd963 and my prime 95 temps have been running 60-65.

set up,
i5-2500k (stock, not oc'ed yet)
gigabyte z68ma d2h-b3
16 gb 1600 ram

i feel like these temps should be lower than what im getting.
 
What is your ambient temperature, and how big is your case? are you getting sufficient airflow? Do you have your fans laid out in such a way as to bring the air through you case or are you creating positive/negative air pressure in your case?
 
You could try remounting it and checking to make sure you don't have too much or too light TIM applied.
