What tests do I use on Prime 95 to test my OC?

Small ffts run fine for me, unlike large fft's my cores fail with in 3 seconds
 
Any fail = Not stable.
Small FFT stresses no memory, Large FFT stresses a lot of memory.

I had fails on "Blend" (But small was stable) for a long time and I only fixed it by tweaking my memory volts.
