Prime 95 error question

Just a quick question./

for the life of me I cannot remember what error in prime95 meant what. You know how there are two kinds of errors.

one of them is something like .4 and the other one is .4123123123 (bunch of numbers after 4) I been searching google to find out which error means what, I know one means cpu and the other memory.

can you guys tell me which is which? I cannot find it and want to know whats the next step (if memory or cpu are holding o/c)
