Considering DooM 3 and new upcoming DX9+ titles, what is a better deal?

ATi 9800Pro 128 for 320 CAD
or
Nvidia 6800 (standard) for 380 CAD

6800, at that price, but you should be able to find the 9800 for cheaper I would think.
