prescott overclock settings

System:
Prescott 2.8 ES @ 3.5 (250 FSB x14 & 1.425 V)
PMI PC3200 (5:4)
Abit IC7-MAX3

Ambient varies from 60 F to 90 F in the computer room, so temps are iffy
Anywhere from 42 idle and 46 load to 46 idle and 51 load.

In the morning it's stable at 1.375, but as the room heats up I need a little more voltage to run through Prime95.

had 3.0E @ 3.6 @ 1.475v - was getting way too hot, so i traded it for 3.0C -> hits 3.75 @ 1.7v & runs much cooler.
