Hello,
When im using Adobe Premier Pro and exporting movies, what is the best codec to use and where do you get them? I want the best bang for your MB because i want to transfer them over the internet and not have them be too large but also keep good picture quality. What is the best to use? And where?

im wanna say divx cause it taken 3 gig movies down to under a gig and still looks good not shure how to do it though
 
xvid is generally better imo(Koepi's build specifically is my fav)

it is basically the open source version of divx(free is always better than paying ;))

also xvid is a lot faster in encoding(when having both set to slowest modes) and gives almost the exact same quality:size ratio as divx
